The highway of life is paved with parts that are smooth, others bumpy and rocky; some beautiful flowers to admire or pick up on the way. And there are thorns better left alone.
On the highway of your life, it is wise that you must take a break in between. For the journey is long and your destination is sure. But, never end your journey at the rest stop. Get up with renewed energy and keep trucking because once you arrive at your destination, ain’t no coming back!
PLEASE ENJOY the journey.
How you enjoy is totally up to you. I offer you some life hacks if you dare to embrace them:
Some great friends to take along. Good to great books. A walk in the park. In touch with nature or nurture. Mindfulness. Kindness in between. Truthfulness to yourself and others. Clear conscience always, so you can sleep easy at night. A commune with your higher.
Work what and where you love. Not just for the money, but because they respect you as a person. Yes, money answers all things. But, not all money is good money. Love to wake up to go work that work. If you hate the work, it will begin to eat you up and change your God-given personality. My friend, it’s not worth it.
Laugh. Smile. Hug someone. Don’t take to heart everything people say, lest you hear your servant (or your own heart) cursing you. Don’t be overly righteous, nor be overly wise. Neither be overly wicked, nor be foolish.
Be generous. Give. Not only monetary, but also of yourself. It’s better to give than to receive. Remember what you give returns to you double-fold. I know that sometimes though we get what we don’t give nor deserve. Don’t let that deter you from heartily giving anyways. Keep giving. Keep living.
Authentically.
In the end, all will speak loud in your favor.
Life is not all about partying, boozing, or is’t buzzing. Neither is life about cracking high and sex’ing. No condemnation. I know, it’s none of my business. But, why destroy yourself or die before your time? I believe that some are clueless of the repercussions of the “fast” life. So let’s talk about it.
Whatever you do to that body of yours, will show before the journey is over. You want your body to thank you, feed it right and healthy now. Remember, excess of everything is bad, right?
Enjoy your life journey. Stay in your lane. Overtake if you may, but slow down and steady to win your race.
The conclusion of the matter: Fear God!
He holds the reigns of your life and destination.
If you arrive at a crossroad in your highway of life
And don’t know which way to turn
Don’t stop in the crossroad. Ask Him for the next turn. He preset your destination and knows the best route. Relying on yourself could make the journey longer and keep you going roundabout. The journey is not to the swift. You will surely get there. Keep the map on your life’s dashboard or daily consult with the divine guide.
No matter what you do, don’t drive on the highway of life alone. Not everyone has to be on life’s journey with you. Occupying the space with just anyone, means that there will be no space for those who really are meant to be on the journey with you. Knowing who to take matters.
All-in-all, the journey on the highway of your life is beautiful. I pray that your journey is long. But most importantly, that your journey is purposeful, fulfilling, and enjoyable.
Stay blessed, my friend 😊
